About Us

We take great pride in our care for the animals as well as the quality of the finished product, to the likes of choice plus and prime quality.  Our animals are all in grass paddocks for their entire time with free choice fresh hay supplied at all times throughout their stay.  Their diet from start to finish is comprised of several different grain rations designed by a nutritionist for the various stages of the animals life as it grows/ages. We allow the animal to grow at a slow pace and finish in their own time, this allows the animal to produce the quality intramuscular fat that produces great flavor and dry aged for 21 days to enhance tenderness.
